Kids Mindfulness and Gratitude Journal
I created this journal because as a mum myself I wanted an easy practice for my children to fill out every night that would help them process their emotions and develop a gratitude mindset.
I have spent the last 4 years on a deeply spiritual journey and one simple tool that I always come back to for maintaining positive mental health is gratitude journaling. It’s simple, can be very quick but has powerful effects on our mood, emotions and actions.
I feel like the world we live in can be very chaotic, stress fuelled and more than has felt overwhelming, it can leave us adults dealing with stress and burnout and anxiety and we ourselves seek to develop these mindful tools to deal with our own emotions.
It is great for children to learn these tools now while they’re young as a preventative for anxiety or all the things they have to deal with as they learn and grow into adults themselves, as well as going through school, making friendships and as they discover their own personalities.
This particular journal is filled with
- bullet point lists for gratitude journaling,
- empowering quotes and artwork
- Journaling prompts at various stages throughout the book, to help them process emotions and become mindful of their thoughts, emotions and actions.
Our thoughts hold tremendous power, our subconscious beliefs also hold tremendous power on what we believe about ourselves, these things influence every decision, emotion and action we take, so having a handle on our thoughts and who we are is imperative to the way we behave
THOUGHTS > EMOTIONS > ACTIONS
